Book 10: Saturday has been updated, free to everyone who already owns Snap Count.
The College Nation Builder rolls a whole seventy-two programme country in a second and hands you a file. The College Nation Season takes that file, builds the twelve weeks, runs the poll every Sunday and plays the games. Both are single files that open in a browser. Nothing to install, no account, no connection needed.
They read the same tables printed in the book, so roll it by hand or let the app do it and you get the same country either way.
And a sheet for the table
There is a roster sheet at the back now. Two conferences to a page, five sheets and you have a nation, columns already in the order the apps want them.
Book 10 also picks up a tiebreak for when three of four finish level at the top of a division, and a corrections pass on a handful of tables that could contradict each other if the dice went a certain way. Thirty-two pages all in.

It builds a fictional college football country. Ten regions, ten conferences, seventy-two programmes, and every town, school, nickname, rating, ground, mascot and ugly rivalry trophy rolled off a d20 table. No real teams in it anywhere.
